Mike Yearsley graduated at Bristol University in 1974 

with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture. (RIBA Part 1 exemption). In 1976 he achieved a Diploma in Architecture at Bristol University. (RIBA Part 2 exemption). In 1978 he qualified as a full member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.

 

Project and contract administration experience amounts to over 37 years - 19 years of which have been spent as a private practictioner providing architectural, project management and planning design services for a varied client base and a variety of building types including schools, police stations, fire stations, housing estates, private houses and extensions/refurbishments. Prior to that he worked 10 years as the design manager of an in-house housing association architectural practice and 10 years previous to that as a design architect within Gwent County Council producing school, police station and day centre buildings.
